1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide stabilization, it thickens proficiently, cures swiftly under ultraviolet light, boasts superb glass fiber wettability, and delivers fast curing speeds alongside exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Hence, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, ensure the packaging remains 100% opaque and stored in a dark place.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
Note: Storage time decreases as temperature increases.
