1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin..Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures rapidly under ultraviolet light, offers superior glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) The UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are highly recommended before full-scale application.thickening rate.Small batch trials are recommended for optimal results.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedusing *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, it is advisable to conduct small-batch trials in advance to ensure compatibility.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains a UV light initiator. The packaging drum must be stored in a dark place and kept completely opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases as temperature increases.
