1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Infused with magnesium oxide, this resin demonstrates remarkable stability and thickening properties, making it ideal for ultraviolet lamp curing. Its superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties make it the perfect solution for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the model and quantity of the paste.It is recommended to conduct small batch trials before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. For curing with other light sources, it is advisable to perform small-batch trials in advance.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packed in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin, which contains a UV light initiator. Ensure the packaging is stored in a completely opaque, dark environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemical Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources, such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer evaporation. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
