Product Name: Wholesale CCS Certified Vinyl Ester Resin for Electrical Insulating Marine ApplicationsEpoxyVinyl Ester Resin HS-4430
1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a superior bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin, meticulously crafted for the production of various FRP applications such as anti-corrosive linings, FRP tanks, electrical insulating materials, and FRP molds. HS-4430 excels in hand lay-up, pultrusion, and filament winding processes, offering remarkable mechanical strength, toughness, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. It stands as one of the
most premium resins ever designed for the marine industry.
2. Technical Data Sheet for Liquid Resin:
Curing system in GT test: Accelerator 0.6Co/Naph: 2%; Hardener AKZO LPT: 2%;
3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:
1) The casting is prepared as per GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs +80ºC×24hrs;
4 . Instruction and Attention:1) To minimize bubble formation and achieve a broad gel time range, use a low-activity curing agent like Butanox LPT by AKZO.
For overcoat layers (e.g., the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), add paraffin to ensure optimal curing.
2) Recommended paraffin addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). For best results, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside recommended conditions can affect properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Follow the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation. Contains styrene monomer, making it hazardous and flammable.
