1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Infused with magnesium oxide for enhanced stability and thickening, it cures swiftly under ultraviolet light. Boasting superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties, it's perfect for CIPP trenchless repairs in sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The type and quantity of paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate.Thus, conducting small batch trials before full-scale use is advisable.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using both *** and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, perform small batch trials beforehand.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains a UV light initiator, ensure the packaging is kept in a dark, completely opaque environment.
2) Ensure transportation complies with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
Note that storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
