1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it remains stable and thickened, cures rapidly under ultraviolet light, and offers remarkable glass fiber wettability and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4. . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate.Small batch trials are highly recommended prior to full use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials beforehand.

5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin includes ultraviolet light initiator. Keep packaging 100% opaque and stored in a dark area.
2) Adhere to State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation.
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time reduces with rising temperature.
