4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate depend directly on the type and amount of paste used. Conduct small batch trials before full-scale application.with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If considering other light sources, perform small-batch trials first.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums because the resin contains a UV light initiator. Store in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Ensure transportation aligns with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the packaging sealed to prevent moisture and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, but decreases with rising temperature.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
