1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, it cures efficiently under ultraviolet light. The resin demonstrates excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of magnesium oxide directly affect thickening viscosity and rate.It is recommended to conduct small-batch trials before use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums as the resin contains UV light initiator. Store in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures.
