1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentyl glycol-type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it offers stability and thickening properties, can be cured using ultraviolet lamps, and provides excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speeds, and outstanding mechanical attributes. Perfect for UV-curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Usage Suggestions:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are required for curing, small-batch trials are advised.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. Store the packaging drum in a dark, completely opaque place.
2) Ensure transportation complies with the State Council's "Chemical Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture uptake and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Note: Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
