1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a premium, highly-reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentyl glycol unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, it cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, offering outstanding glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet-cured trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste utilized.It's advisable to conduct small-batch trials to determine optimal conditions.thickening rate.Hence, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale application.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are preferred, preliminary small-batch trials are essential.by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be housed in black IBC tanks or iron drums, ensuring complete opacity as it contains ultraviolet light initiators. Store in a dark, cool place.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Protect from heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC; shelf life is 6 months.
Higher temperatures may reduce storage duration.
