Note:The casting is made according to the standards of GB/T 8237. Curing conditions involve exposure to UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14mW/cm² for 5 minutes.
4. Suggestions for use:
1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, conducting small batch trials before full-scale use is highly recommended to ensure optimal results. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin offers superb curing flexibility, making it suitable for curing with both mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps. When considering other light sources for curing, initial small-batch trials should be conducted to ascertain compatibility and effectiveness. by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) To maintain its integrity, the product should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum. As the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators, ensure the packaging drum is stored in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Prevent exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the resin sealed to avoid moisture pickup and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, but higher storage temperatures will reduce this timeframe. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
