Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it boasts stability and thickening capabilities. This resin cures rapidly under ultraviolet light, offering superb glass fiber wettability, swift curing times, and remarkable mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct relationshipwith the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.Thus, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are needed for curing, small-batch trials are advised.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Because the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must remain 100% opaque and stored in dark conditions.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Note: Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
