Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it exhibits stability and thickening properties. It cures under ultraviolet light, demonstrating excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical performance. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of paste used.Small batch trials are recommended before application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin's ultraviolet light initiator. Store in a dark, fully opaque container.
2) Follow the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" for transportation.
3) Avoid heat exposure such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure containers are sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC; shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with higher temperatures.
