1. Brief Introduction:
Introducing UV-E2310, a styrene-free, UV-curable resin designed for superior performance and rapid curing. Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stabilization and thickening, it offers excellent glass fiber wetting. This resin ensures minimal odor, exceptional mechanical properties, and is a non-hazardous, FDA-certified chemical. Ideal for in-situ UV-CIPP water supply pipe repairs, especially where styrene is not advisable.

Note:The casting adheres to GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions involve UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14mW/cm², applied for 5 minutes.

4. Suggestions for Use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of the paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate. It is recommended to conduct small batch trials prior to full-scale application to optimize results. 2) UV-E2310 resin is compatible with curing by mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, preliminary small-batch trials are advised. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Package the resin in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the UV initiator from light. Ensure the containers are stored in darkness and are 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which may decrease with higher temperatures. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
