1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it remains stable and thickened, curable by ultraviolet lamp, offering exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and excellent mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials first to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Due to the presence of ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be kept in a dark, opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with rising temperatures.
