Product Name:UV-2301UV-curableUnsaturatedPolyesterResin
1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Formulated with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, this resin can be efficiently cured using an ultraviolet lamp. It offers superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties, making it an ideal choice for applications like ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using a magnesium oxide paste. The type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate.It is highly recommended to conduct small batch trials prior to full-scale use.thickening rate.for optimal results.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedusing *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If you plan to use other light sources, ensure to conduct small-batch trials in advance to confirm compatibility and effectiveness.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators. Packaging drums must be stored in dark conditions to ensure 100% opacity.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the product remains sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, with storage time decreasing as temperatures rise.
Keep the product at temperatures below 25ºC, and note that the shelf life is 6 months. Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
