1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin can be cured by ultraviolet lamp. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect thickening viscosity and thickening rate.It is recommended to conduct small batch trials before full-scale usage.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedusing *** lamp or UV-LED lamp. If utilizing other light sources for curing, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be stored in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Storage duration decreases with rising temperatures.
