1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a premium styrene-free UV-curable resin, enhanced with magnesium oxide for superior stabilization and thickening. With excellent glass fiber wetting, it boasts remarkable performance, rapid curing, very low odor, and outstanding mechanical properties. Certified as a non-hazardous chemical for food applications, it is perfect for in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes and areas where styrene use is restricted.

4. Suggestions for Use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate vary based on the specific type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Small batch trials are advisable before full-scale application. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials beforehand. in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Store in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin, which contains ultraviolet light initiator, from light. Ensure the packaging is 100% opaque and stored in a dark place.
2) Follow the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months at optimal conditions. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
