1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol-type unsaturated polyester resin.. Fortified with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, this resin cures efficiently with ultraviolet lamps. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the model and quantity of magnesium oxide used.Conduct small-batch trials before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin is suitable for curing with *** and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, perform preliminary small-batch trials.So, small-batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum. Since the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be kept in a dark place and be 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the packaging is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
