1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Fortified with magnesium oxide, this resin is stable, thickened, and curable by ultraviolet lamp. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, a rapid curing speed, and superb mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Small batch trials are recommended before use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance to ensure compatibility.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as it contains an ultraviolet light initiator. Ensure the packaging drum is stored in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Adhere to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" for transportation.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months. Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
