1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a premium bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin, engineered for the production of an array of FRP applications. This includes anti-corrosive linings, FRP tanks, electrical insulating materials, and FRP molds. HS-4430 is ideal for various processes such as hand lay-up, pultrusion, and filament winding. Notable for its exceptional mechanical strength, toughness, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, it stands as one of the finest resins ever tailored for the marine industry.

4 . Instruction and Attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve a broad gel time scale, use low-activity curing agents like Butanox LPT from AKZO. When applying as an overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), it is crucial to add paraffin to achieve the desired curing degree.
Ensure the proper addition of 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). For optimal results, the resin should exhibit a short gel time, approximately 30 minutes.

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Extended storage outside recommended conditions may affect liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'. Due to the presence of styrene monomer, it is classified as hazardous and inflammable.
