1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin cures under ultraviolet light, offering excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and superb mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly impact thickening viscosity and rate.Small batch trials are recommended before large-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials first.

5. Storage:
1) Packaged in black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. Store in a dark place, ensuring 100% opacity.
2) Follow the State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation.
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store below 25ºC in a dry place. Shelf life is 6 months.
Shelf life decreases with increasing temperature.
