1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a premium bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin, meticulously crafted for various FRP productions, including anti-corrosive linings, FRP tanks, electrical insulating materials, and FRP molds. 4 . Instructions and Attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve an extensive gel time range, a low-activity curing agent such as Butanox LPT by AKZO is recommended.
When used as an overcoat layer (e.g., the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree.
2) The recommended paraffin addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). To optimize paraffin benefits, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can affect liquid resin properties such as viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'. Due to the presence of styrene monomer, it is classified as hazardous and inflammable.
