DP-1102D Unsaturated Polyester Resin
- Principal Properties:
The DP-1102D series is a medium-viscosity, ortho-phthalic type unsaturated polyester resin with good mechanical strength. It is suitable for making the structural layer of fiber-wound (sandwiched) FRP pipes, as well as hand lay-up and pultrusion molded FRP products. Among them, DP-1102D-Y contains wax, and DP-1102D-N does not contain wax.

- Attention:
- Users should select the appropriate type of resin based on specific environmental conditions and process requirements.
- When the ambient temperature is high and the resin gel time is short, the amount of curing agent should not be reduced. Instead, an inhibitor should be added as needed.
- When the operating environment has high humidity or high temperature, surface stickiness may occur, and wax liquid can be added appropriately.
- The product should be stored in a cool place below 25ºC, avoiding fire sources, and isolating heat sources (such as direct sunlight or steam). Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and monomer volatilization. The shelf life is 3 months when stored below 25ºC.
