Brief Introduction:HS-243PTF is an advanced, pre-promoted, thixotropic resin containing fillers, meticulously formulated for the creation of composite tooling through hand lay-up or spray-up applications. HS-243PTF features low viscosity, excellent fiberglass wet-out, and minimal print-out. It offers superior heat resistance and outstanding laminate mechanical properties, allowing for quick tooling construction. Note: Color variations may occur during the mold curing process.

4. Guidelines for Use:Utilize a mold gel coat of superior quality to ensure excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance. Apply the mold gel coat in two layers: the initial layer should be 0.4 to 0.45 mm thick, achieving a total thickness of 0.6 to 0.8 mm.
5. Storage:
Store the product in a cool place at or below 25 ºC. Keep away from fire, heat sources,and ensure it is sealed to prevent moisture, monomer, and volatile substance intrusion. When stored under ambient temperature (25 ºC), the shelf life is 6 months.
