1. Brief Introduction:HS-243PTF is a meticulously pre-promoted, thixotropic resin containing fillers, tailored for composite tooling fabrication via hand-up or spray-up application. It boasts a low-profile control, ensuring remarkable dimensional stability and exceptional surface quality.
HS-243PTF features low viscosity, providing superb fiberglass wet-out and reduced print-out. Offers excellent heat resistance and superior laminate mechanical properties, leading to quick tooling construction. Color variations may occur during mold curing.
Specifically designed to replace traditional tooling resins such as isophthalic, vinyl ester, and epoxy, it is ideal for RTM, LRTM, infusion, hand lay-up, and other tooling processes.

4. Guidelines for Use:It is recommended to use a high-quality mold gel coat, offering strong mechanical strength and excellent chemical resistance.
Apply the mold gel coat in two layers: the first layer should be 0.4 to 0.45 mm thick, with a total thickness ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 mm.
5. Storage:
Store the product in a cool place, ideally below 25 ºC, away from flames, heat sources. Ensure it is sealed to prevent moisture, monomer, and volatile substance intrusion. Under ambient temperature storage of 25 ºC, the shelf life extends to 6 months.
