1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a premium, styrene-free UV-curable resin, expertly engineered to be stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide while ensuring optimal glass fiber wetting. This advanced resin boasts exceptional performance with rapid curing speeds, minimal odor, and superior mechanical properties. Certified as a non-hazardous chemical with food-grade safety, it is perfectly suited for the in-situ rehabilitation of UV-CIPP water supply pipelines, particularly in environments where styrene use is restricted.

Note:The casting follows the GB/T8237 standard. Curing conditions involve UV LED LS128 light intensity of 14mW/cm², applied for 5 minutes.

4. Suggestions for use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, we highly recommend conducting small batch trials prior to large-scale application. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured using both mercury and UV-LED lamps. Should you consider other light sources for curing, it is advisable to perform small-batch trials in advance. in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to shield it from ultraviolet light, as the resin contains UV light initiators. Ensure the packaging remains 100% opaque and stored in a dark environment.
2) During transportation, compliance with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' is mandatory.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry environment at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, but it decreases with rising temperatures. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
