Curing System in GT Test

Hardener AKZO M-50: 2%.

Application Guide:

1. Before spraying, ensure the original mold surface is dry, clean, and oil-free.


2. Use a dry and pressure-stable air source.


3. Stir well before use.


4. Recommended ketone peroxide dosage: 1.0-3.0%.


5. Recommended ambient temperature: 15-35 °C.

Operation Procedure:

Note: Spray with paint spray can, maintain air source pressure at 20psi, with air flow not less than 0.6 cubic meters per minute.

1. Prepare for spraying as per application guide requirements.


2. Apply a thin layer of easy polishing primer on the mold surface.


3. Dry sand with 220-320 mesh sandpaper, then with 600-1200 mesh water sandpaper, followed by polishing.

Storage:

1. Avoid heat sources and store in a dry place below 25ºC.


2. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss.


3. Transportation should comply with safety regulations due to containing hazardous and inflammable styrene monomer.
