Brief Introduction:The HS-243PTF resin is a meticulously formulated, pre-promoted, thixotropic product with filler, designed for composite tooling fabrication through hand-up or spray-up techniques. This advanced resin ensures dimensional stability and delivers outstanding surface quality with its low profile control.
Engineered with a low viscosity, HS-243PTF excels in fiberglass wet-out and minimizes print-out. It offers excellent heat resistance, superior laminate mechanical properties, and enables rapid tooling construction. Please note the potential for color variations following curing during mold construction.
HS-243PTF is an innovative replacement for traditional tooling resins such as isophthalic, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins. It is ideal for RTM, LRTM, Infusion, Hand lay-up, and other similar processes.

4. Guidelines for Use:To achieve the best results, it is advised to use a high-quality mold gel coat that offers excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance.
Apply the mold gel coat in two layers: the first coat should be 0.4 to 0.45 mm thick, and the total thickness should be between 0.6 to 0.8 mm.

5. Storage:
Store the product in a cool environment below 25 ºC, away from fire hazards and heat sources. Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture, monomers, and volatile substances from entering. Under these conditions, the product has a shelf life of 6 months at ambient temperature.
