1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin can be cured by ultraviolet lamp and exhibits outstanding glass fiber wettability. It boasts a rapid curing speed and superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly related to the specific model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct small batch trials before full-scale use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are to be used, small batch trials should be conducted in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums to prevent exposure to ultraviolet light, as it contains a UV light initiator. Store the packaging drums in dark, fully opaque conditions.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with increasing temperature.
