1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures efficiently under ultraviolet lamps, exhibiting superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and outstanding mechanical properties. This resin is ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate directly relate to the model and amount of paste used.Therefore, conducting small batch trials is strongly recommended before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured
using *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If alternative light sources are needed, pre-application small-batch trials are advised.
5. Storage:
1) This product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to the presence of ultraviolet light initiator in the resin. The packaging must remain in a dark place, ensuring 100% opacity.
2) Adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources, such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures.
