Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, offering excellent wettability with glass fibers, rapid curing, and superior mechanical strength. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Small batch trials are recommended before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured with *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. For other curing light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains a UV initiator, store packaging in a dark, completely opaque space.
2) Ensure transportation complies with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture uptake and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
Storage duration decreases as temperature increases.
