Product Name: UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
The UV2301 resin is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin, designed for maximum efficiency.. With the addition of magnesium oxide, this resin is stable and thickened, offering superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing via ultraviolet lamp, and excellent mechanical properties. Perfectly suited for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggested Usage Guidelines:1) For thickening, UV2301 resin can be combined with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate.We recommend small batch trials before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. If other light sources are needed, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in a black IBC tank or iron drum, completely opaque, as it contains an ultraviolet light initiator. Ensure the packaging drum is kept in a dark place.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the containers are sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
Be aware that storage time will decrease with higher temperatures.
