1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a revolutionary styrene-free, UV-curable resin expertly engineered for enhanced pipeline restoration. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, its formulation ensures optimal glass fiber wetting. It boasts superior performance, rapid curing, minimal odor, and excellent mechanical properties, making it a non-hazardous, food-certified solution. Perfect for UV-CIPP water supply pipe repairs and applications where styrene is not recommended.

Note:The casting is produced in accordance with GB/T8237. Curing conditions include a UV LED LS128 light intensity of 14mW/cm², for a duration of 5 minutes.

4. Suggestions for use:

1) To achieve the desired viscosity and thickening rate, UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. It is recommended to conduct small batch trials to determine the optimal model and amount required. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be effectively cured using mercury or UV-LED lamps. For other curing light sources, preliminary small-batch trials are advised. by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin's ultraviolet light initiator, it must be stored in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Adhere to the 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation as stipulated by the State Council.
3) Prevent exposure to direct sunlight, steam pipes, and other heat sources. Keep containers sealed to avoid moisture absorption and monomer evaporation. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
