1. Brief Introduction:HS-1520is a top-tier NPGl type unsaturated polyester resin specifically engineered for SMC and BMC applications. It boasts high reactivity,
low viscosity, and superior coloring and thickening properties. The resulting product surface is impeccably flat, exhibiting a high-gloss finish, exceptional water and heat resistance, outstanding mechanical strength, and impressive electrical performance. This resin is ideally suited for use in electrical components, industrial parts, sanitary ware, vehicle parts, and a variety of other demanding fields.

Note:
1) The method for preparing the cured form complies with GB/T 8237. Curing system: 0.6% Co-Naph: 1.5%,
AKZO M-50: 1.5%;
2) Post-cure involves room temperature for 24 hours, followed by 60ºC for 3 hours, and 110ºC for 2 hours.

4. Storage:
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place under 25 ºC,away from open flames, heat sources,and must be sealed to prevent moisture, monomer, and volatile infiltration. When stored at or below 25 ºC, the shelf life is 6 months.
