Product Name:UV-2301 UV-Curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin
1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it becomes stable and thickens efficiently. It can be cured using ultraviolet lamps, showcasing excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) applications in sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be efficiently thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using both *** and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are to be used, conducting small-batch trials beforehand is recommended.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators, the packaging must be completely opaque and stored in a dark place.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months but decreases with rising temperatures.
