1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a premium, highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 can be cured under ultraviolet light, offering superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Thus, small batch trials are advised before full-scale application.thickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with curing by *** and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small batch trials in advance.by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains UV light initiator, ensure packaging is stored in darkness to maintain 100% opacity.
2) Comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation.
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to avoid moisture and monomer loss. Store in a dry, cool place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
