1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate-neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 cures quickly when exposed to ultraviolet lamp, exhibiting superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and exceptional mechanical properties. This resin is ideally suited for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The relationship between the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste affects the thickening viscosity and rate.We recommend conducting small batch trials before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are to be used, please conduct small-batch trials first.3) Additional suggestions:
Ensure proper light source compatibility for optimal curing results.Conduct preliminary tests to confirm suitability for specific applications.Verify product performance under varied conditions to achieve desired outcomes.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. Store packaging drums in a dark place and ensure they remain 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months. Elevated storage temperatures will reduce the shelf life.
