1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Infused with magnesium oxide, this resin offers stability and thickening capabilities. It cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, demonstrating remarkable glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for use in ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:The casting is produced following GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions require UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14mW/cm² for 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate directly relate to the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste utilized. Therefore, small batch trials are highly recommended before full-scale application.
2) UV2301 resin can be effectively cured using both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. Should other light sources be required, conducting small-batch trials in advance is advised.
5. Storage:
1) The product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, making it essential for the packaging to remain completely opaque and stored in a dark environment.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.
3) Avoid exposing the product to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure containers are sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The product has a shelf life of 6 months, which decreases at higher temperatures.
