UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. When combined with magnesium oxide, it becomes stable and thickened, allowing for curing by ultraviolet lamp. The casting is made according to GB/T8237; Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 light intensity 14mW/cm2, 5min.
Suggestions for use:
1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct relationship with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. Small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.
Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging drum must be placed in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC and the shelf life is 6 months. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
