Product Name:UV-2301UV-curableUnsaturatedPolyesterResin
1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. It is formulated with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening. This resin is cured by ultraviolet lamp, showcasing excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. It is ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.. With magnesium oxide, it is stable and thickened, can be cured by ultraviolet lamp, has excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed and excellent mechanical properties. It is suitable for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.
2. Technical Data Sheet for Liquid Resin:
Curing system in SPI test:Hardener AKZO CH-50: 2%;
3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:The casting is made according to GB/T8237; Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 light intensity 14mW/cm2
, 5min.
4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct small batch trials before use.with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging drum must be stored in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
