1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide, this resin is stable, thickened, and curable by UV lamp. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideally suited for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4. Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste utilized.Small batch trials are recommended before usage.2) UV2301 resin can be curedby UV lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are used for curing, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product must be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to the presence of UV light initiators. Packaging must be kept in a dark place and be 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the packaging is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
