1. Brief Introduction:HS-243PTF is a pre-promoted and thixotropic resin containing filler, meticulously formulated for the creation of composite tooling through hand-up or spray-up application. Boasting a lower profile control, it guarantees dimensional stability alongside an exceptional surface quality.
HS-243PTF exhibits low viscosity with outstanding fiberglass wet-out and reduced print-out. It offers superior heat resistance and exceptional laminate mechanical properties, facilitating rapid tooling construction. Note the color variation during mold construction curing.
This resin is engineered to replace traditional tooling resins, such as isophthalic, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins, in processes including RTM, LRTM, Infusion, Hand lay-up, and more.

Store the product in a cool, dry place, maintaining a temperature below 25 ºC. Keep it away from flames, heat sources, and ensure it is sealed to prevent moisture, monomers, and volatile substances from intruding. Under ambient temperatures of 25 ºC, the shelf life extends to 6 months.
