Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. With magnesium oxide stabilization and thickening, it can be cured by ultraviolet lamp. This resin boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. It is perfectly suited for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, it is recommended to conduct small batch trials before use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are needed for curing, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging drum must be stored in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, but this decreases with increasing temperature.
