1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin..Enhanced with magnesium oxide, this resin remains stable and thickened. It cures swiftly under ultraviolet light, offering superior glass fiber wettability and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly related to the model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste utilized. Conduct small batch trials before full-scale use.with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin is curable by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct preliminary small-batch trials.by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator. Store the packaging drum in a dark, completely opaque location.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the packaging is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases as temperature increases.
