1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Formulated with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, it can be swiftly cured using an ultraviolet lamp. This resin offers superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and exceptional mechanical properties, making it ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide directly affect thickening viscosity and rate. Thus, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are needed for curing, conduct small-batch trials beforehand.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains a UV light initiator, ensure the packaging drum is stored in a dark place and kept fully opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with rising temperatures.
