1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a meticulously engineered, highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures swiftly under ultraviolet light, offering superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Recommended Usage Guidelines:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct correlationbetween the specific type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste and the resultant thickening viscosity andthickening rate.Thus, small-scale trials are suggested prior to full-scale use.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with curing via *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are used, it is advised to conduct small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage Recommendations:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet initiators. The packaging must be stored in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the packaging is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Note that storage duration decreases with increasing temperature.
