1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Formulated with magnesium oxide, this resin is stable, thickened, and cures effortlessly under ultraviolet light. It delivers superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speeds, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be effectively thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the model and amount of paste used.Therefore, it is highly recommended to conduct small-batch trials before use.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** lamps and UV-LED lamps for curing. If other light sources are needed, conduct small-batch trials in advance.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to safeguard the ultraviolet light initiator. Ensure that packaging remains 100% opaque and the drum is kept in a dark place.
2) Adhere to the State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The product has a shelf life of 6 months, which diminishes with rising temperatures.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
