1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized with magnesium oxide, it offers superior thickening and can be cured under ultraviolet light, demonstrating exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate depend on the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Conduct small batch trials before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are needed, conduct small-batch trialsin advance.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the UV-sensitive initiator. Store in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transport must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
