premium resins ever designed for the marine industry.
2.Technical Data Sheet for Liquid Resin:
Curing system in GT test: Accelerator 0.6Co/Naph: 2%; Hardener AKZO LPT: 2%;
3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:
1) The casting is produced according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs +80ºC×24hrs;
4 . Instruction and attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve a broad gel time range, use a low-activity curing agent like Butanox LPT by AKZO. When applying as a topcoat layer (e.g., the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be incorporated to ensure optimal curing.
When used as an overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipeline and tank), paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree.
2) The recommended addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). Additionally, for optimal paraffin performance, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).
3)In order to reduce bubbles and achieve a broad gel time scale, a low-activity curing agent such as Butanox LPT produced by AKZO is recommended. When used as an overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be added to ensure the desired curing degree.activity such as Butanox LPT produced by AKZO. 5. Storage:
1) Keep away from heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry area at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Ensure it is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Extended storage outside recommended conditions can impact liquid resin properties such as viscosity and gel time.
3) Adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation. Due to its styrene monomer content, it is classified as hazardous and inflammable.
